Commerce solution with ease
Emerson Hospital’s website was offering for-purchase fitness classes ranging from strength and conditioning with seniors and healthy aging yoga to self-defense to childbirth classes. To shine more of a light on their wellness offerings was one challenge, but, once on the site, users needed to have a positive commerce experience when purchasing the sessions.
The Kentico platform was robust enough to meet the advanced technical requirements of this project. The online store processing made the e-commerce features of Kentico a clear fit. And due to the ease of use of the CMS, the marketing team can now easily go in and update class info, prices, and schedules. Increased awareness, a smooth purchasing experience, and ease of updating info now all leads to a positive user experience and increased revenue.
Incredible results were measured from April to December 2018, compared to April to December 2017:
