Ensure content doesn't get stuck somewhere in the process. Set timed actions to automatically push content to the next step in the workflow at the instructed time, or until a specific event occurs. Stay connected with automatic email alerts sent when a task is updated or waiting for completion. 

Avoid redundancies.

Avoid concurrent editing or overwriting of someone else's changes when creating content in teams. Check out content so that it is not available for editing by other users until it is checked back in. When finished with editing, set a new version or leave a comment for others to know why changes were made.

Easily access previously published content. Create a new document version automatically whenever you hit Save. Compare versions side-by-side and roll back to previous ones if needed. See who and when made changes and comments. Store dated content in Archive and retrieve it upon request. Or, just throw it into the Recycle Bin with an option to restore it later.

Define custom actions during the workflow process to execute lines of code. Integrate third-party systems, such as content archives, Document Management Systems, ERP, CRM, and others. Or use other modules, such as translation management, staging, and social media.
