Putting the ACTION into fighting cancer
i3 Digital spent a lot of time and research on their client’s requirements for a website that allowed them to focus on specific areas. The main challenge was to get more people to book appointments online so that admin time could be saved by staff within the office locations. As many older people use their site, it was necessary to provide a very logical and enjoyable user experience, yet allow for a fully responsive design and include integration with social media platforms and the internal appointment booking system. Those visitors making donations can do so securely through the shopping cart e-commerce functionality, and register their details with Action Cancer for payment processing through PayPal.
