A rock-solid platform for the most delicate ones
Devotion needed to deliver a robust e-commerce storefront, which would streamline the buying process, and, in turn, increase conversions for Baby Village. A combination of out-of-the-box Kentico EMS features and functionality along with specific custom modules were implemented to allow for scale and flexibility.
Baby Village are using Kentico to manage all their email marketing, automated re-engagement marketing, and MVT testing. The platform is integrated in real-time with Vend (a POS system); Afterpay, PayPal, and standard credit card facilities; and is also integrated with Shippit for fulfilment and provision of shipping costs.
The website has provided Baby Village with a destination that replicates the in-store experience. Year-on-year website activity is extremely positive, with the following results from July 2018 (compared to July 2016):
